Animal Shelter Relief Rescue

We are an all volunteer non-profit, 501(c)(3) animal rescue. Our goal is to relieve overcrowded animal shelters through rescue thereby reducing euthanasia.

We rescue cats, dogs, bunnies and various other animals from animal shelters and place them into temporary foster homes until permanent homes can be found.

ASR relies on donations to rescue animals and pay for all of their care, including: food and medical expenses such as Spay/Neuter and vaccines.

The California Pet Lover's License plate, sponsored by the California Veterinary Medical Board, provides an easy way for pet lovers to help reduce pet overpopulation. Proceeds from the plate provide funding for free or low-cost spay & neuter surgeries across California, and also help to raise awareness about the importance of spaying and neutering.

Just print out an adoption application and email it to an ASR member, or bring it to one of our Adoption Events!
